Nortel and Avaya PBX experience
T1/E1 concepts ( Euro,NI2, and 5ESS)
Logger support experience
Substantial overall experience and strong hands-on capabilities with a combination of telephony technologies, such as: ACD, call center telephony (Logger, PBXs/ACDs), high-speed voice & data, VoIP, DS3/T1/E1s and infrastructure/cabling
Nortel passports – Voice network/ transport
Nortel Passport – Trunk/PVC/DLCI
Ability to interface with external vendors and with all levels of internal management.
Well-organized, reliable and conscientious about following through until the task is completed
Good Communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage the team to meet the SLAs
Work independently and as a team.
