This is a highly visible business analyst/developer position based in West Bengal. This role is responsible for the preparation of company internal and external reporting. In addition, the person will work with resources related to the internal and external global reporting teams.

·  Educated to Degree or equivalent standard

·  3-5 years direct experience with business analytics, report creation, data validation and report validation.

·  Experience with Business Objects, Crystal, Brio, or other business intelligence applications is also required.

·  Experience with SQL, Sybase or other relational database systems are required as is proven experience with using SQL for data extraction.

·  Direct experience conducting process engineering & testing, organisational quality, and/or process quality preferred.

·  Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and reasoning capabilities.

·  Demonstrated ability to participate within a global team of DBA’s, Analysts and report writers.

·  Demonstrated problem solving skills; creatively working toward solutions.

·  Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with other departments, clients and senior management.

·  Ability to manage multiple projects to successful and timely completion.
