Job Code  :    INF_846 Title  :    Business Analyst III (Governance & Organization) Job Location  :    Austin, TX Mandatory Requirements  :    • 8 Years Experience in providing analysis and evaluation of day to day complex business systems, including functional and technical specifications. • 8 Years Hands-on experience in analysis and design of business and operational processes. • 8 Years working experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping and reengineering. • 8 Years working experience in Implementing policies and procedures and making new processes operational. • 8 Years working experience in Organizing and facilitating meetings with executives, stakeholders, teams. • 8 Years working experience in Creating clear concise diagrams and documentation. • Need excellent communication skills, orally and in writing. • Need Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision with degree of creativity and latitude. • Strong professional skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Desirable Requirements  :    • 4 Years Bachelor’s degree in a business field, technical field or comparable business experience, and or extensive experience in business process reengineering for large organizational or functional groups. • 4 Years Experience in Strong analytical, problem identification and process analysis skills. • 5 Years Experience in Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiation skills. • 3+ Years Knowledge of Help or Support desk software such as Remedy. • 5 Years Working Experience utilizing technology as an effective solution for solving business problems. • Knowledge of Visio and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of DIR’s TEX-AN and Security Services. • Knowledge of DIR governance and organization.
