Job Description
• Visit colleges and universities everyday to create new accounts and maintain existing accounts, involve in new business development activities, make sure that existing business is delivered up to customer satisfaction, make sure that invoice is paid on time etc.
• Establishing our company visibility and brand awareness.
• Plan and execute marketing activities by Organizing seminars, workshops and job fairs
• Track competitor's activities and suggest solutions.
• Constant and periodical follow up with colleges for business and payment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status meetings/reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for professionals who can handle following responsibilities with zeal and enthusiasm:
• Strong Experience in Information Technology Technical training, Career Development and Management.
• Actively participated in sales and marketing activities in Various Colleges, Institutes and Universities.
• Excellent communication skills and should be able to take responsibility of business development and delivery.
• Experience in signing the MOU’s with College, Institutions and Universities.
• Presentable with excellent negotiation skills and presence of mind.
• Experience in executing sales and marketing activities such as Job fair, seminars, workshops and various boot camps.
• Experience in making effective presentations in front of large number of people like Colleges and Universities.
• Experience in collecting or generating prospective student/job seeker databases and clients and thereby generating business of the organization.
• Experience in conducting Marketing and Satisfaction survey.
• History of maintaining good interpersonal relations with Colleges & universities.
