1) Good communication and interpersonal skills 2)  Three or more years experience coding VB.NET/ASP.NET web applications 3)  Two or more years experience using Visual Studio.NET IDE, building and installing .NET websites4)  Two or more years experience writing SQL, SQL stored procedures, and designing table structures.  Experience with Oracle 5)  Two or more years experience developing/maintaining web applications built with the older ASP/COM architecture 6)  Two or more years experience working with non-technical staff to define business processes/create specifications7)  One or more years experience writing user documentation, or doing training8)  Experience using Rational Clear Case 9)  Knowledge of web application security and accessibility issues
1)  Associate’s Degree 2)  Must have a minimum of two years application development experience with N-tiered client/server development3) . Must have a minimum of two years application development experience with Web Services 4)  Must have a minimum of two years experience performing development work in Visual Studio.Net
