Our clients in Gurgaon, the offshore development centre of a US-based company providing software solutions to the US insurance sector, have an opening for a data architect.
Job description:
1. Develop a data architecture that maximizes revenues, provides actionable, integrated data, and can be the basis for future knowledge management processes
2. Define and document the data architecture through gathering of requirements from end-user departments or through reverse engineering of existing data uses;
3. Facilitate and document the agreements on appropriate corporate data and its usage
4. Resolve conflicts between organizations;
5. Ensure all components are properly integrated and implemented;
6. Coach the IT team on the value and implications of data;
7. Educate end-users on the value of data and its associated attributes;
8. Provide support and verify quality through all stages of implementation;
9. Demonstrate thought leadership.
Applicant should
1 - be comfortable with Object & Relational Modeling.
2 - have experience in designing & implementing complex business processes.
Experience, age no bar.
