Desirable Experience
1. Experience working for a governmental agency.
2. Experience with mental health data systems and/or Medicaid data.
3. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
1. 8 Years Experience with Data Model design and development including data models for data warehouses.
2. 4 years Experience with ERStudio.
3. 4 Years Experience with analysis and translation of business requirements.
4. 8 Years Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
5. 4 Years Experience developing and documenting testing methodologies.
6. 4 Years Experience with project management and mentoring other developers.
Effective English language verbal and written communication skills *
