The Director of Engineering Enterprise Products will be responsible for the team that will design and implement a number of highly scalable, reliable and enterprise class document services toenable creation and use of intelligent documents in a Service Oriented Intelligent DocumentPlatform. These would be completely owned and delivered by the India Development Center.

Candidate should be from very very strong education Background like IIT or any other top Institute + MS or P.hd (Computer Sc.) from a top US University.
Candidate should be from Product Development Company.
Candidate Profile Description
UG Qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
Personal Profile:
The candidate must have at least twelve years of experience in enterprise softwareproduct engineering.
Strong computer science fundamentals, and previous product development experienceusing Java for J2SE environment a must.
Prior experience managing a complex products in enterprise software is required.
The candidate must be a proven team leader and should have successfully staffed andmentored large engineering teams of 35+ people.
Must have prior experience developing product strategies and vision and working with theengineering team to turn that vision into a reality.
Must have passion for taking oncomplex product areas with multi-faceted competitive industry landscape.
This position will be responsible for a critical product line for and requires acandidate with strong leadership, communication and management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as is experience working ina product development team environment.
BTech / MS (Computer Science), required.
Must have criteria’s
· Experience should be between 14 - 20 yrs
· Expertise on building “Enterprise Level Products” on various domains
· Education should be either BE IIT/ NIT or any other premiere technology institutes. Cannot have BE from local college and ME from IIT
· Strong people management skills with deep technical background.
· Should have grown over technical ladder.
· Should have owned Product Development for Enterprise Level Products. ( Complete SDLC)
· Must not be acting as a director for more than 2 yrs.
· Good to have hiring experience for Product Teams.
· Good to have understanding of Business Development, Revenue model etc.
