Driving QA initiatives for a wide range of Winshuttle products

Designing and implementing quality engineering processes

Develop Test Strategies and Test Plans for effective and efficient testing practice.

Develop and maintain QA project plans

Define and support building test environments

Provide technical guidance to the test team to ensure test activities are performed according to the developed test strategy and test plan.

Ensure tests are executed and analyzed properly against the defined requirements.

Participate in defect management strategy and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of defects

Define and implement roles, responsibilities, and deliverable expectations for all team members.

Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with other functional teams.

Forming, leading and coordinating various test teams and initiatives i.e. Black-Box, White-Box, User Acceptance, Automation etc.

should have 4 to 7 years of demonstrated experience.
BE/MCA/M.Sc./BCA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience on projects working as QA Lead.
Experience with Test Automation design and development.
