A Delhi based company in the recruitment and executive search space seeks to engage a senior information technology and software professional for a customized, database software project. The ideal person is a senior woman professional based in Delhi and will have experience in conceptualizing, executing and leading software projects of varying capabilities. It is pertinent that the professional has experience in creating database management applications. The work arrangement can be tailored to suit client and the candidate needs. Options include work from home, telecommute, part office-part home or delivery based. The professional is expected to meet be in office once a week for at least 4-5 hours for briefing and review. The professional is expected to have some degree of leadership / management experience in order to execute the project well. Expertise in PHP is essential and knowledge of database structures like MSQL, PHP coding / Zend framework is significant to the success of the project. The professional will work closely with the client team to conceptualize, execute and deliver the project with or without help At least 5 years of work experience is desired. Junior professionals may be considered for other team positions in the project. The project envisaged to be for 3-6 months initially. Compensation will be dependent on quality, productivity and turnaround time.
