Talent Track had been retained by a Bangalore based rapidly upcoming mid level Software company to locate a person for the above position. The company has been operating for quite some time and afte recent restructuring they have deciced to concentrate on their Strength areas. The effective areas are Product Engineering and Data Warehousing for Pharma, Health Care and Financial Services Sectors.

The person, based in Bangalore will Head S&M (USA), guide & train sales people, budget promotion & Advtg.,& give results.

 Must have domain knowledge or be from S/W industry in this 3x2 matrix in mid sized S/W companies. Need a very commited person with excellent communication and a proven leader. Should preferably be an Engineer with MBA plus 12 to 15 years S&M experience. S/W S&M EXPERIENCE IN USA is a MUST.
