  • This position, would include Helpdesk, Support Centre, Security Process(when that comes into India Shared Services Centre) and other similar projects which will come in over time ( 150 FTE + currently should grow to 180-200 by end 2008)
  • Strong Service Delivery Record and Experience in managing large teams – Technical help desk area
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer groups
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
  • Ability to enhance customer experience, think behind the obvious and have strong ’change” mindset
  • Work effectively and seamlessly with cross functional teams in IT and other areas – both in India and UK
  • Strong understanding of transition methodology and other industry best practices
