Candidate must possess an Associate’s Degree in Computer or Information Science AND/OR one (1) year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.

2. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Services.
3. Demonstrated Help Desk Agent Certification/Training.
4. Demonstrated Customer Service Certification/Training.
5. Demonstrated experience with the HP Service Center software (formerly Peregrine Service Center.
6. Demonstrated experience in meeting ambitious deadlines and delivering high-quality work on schedule
7. Demonstrated experience working closely with business customers to develop user requirements.
8. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
9. A+ certification.
10. MCP certification.
11. Demonstrate ability to provide knowledge transfer.
12. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
