Major responsibilities at  NEWH1 , include performing application development, maintenance and production support of web-based transactional systems. Much emphasis will be placed on User interface development, and Web development Needs to be able to hit the ground running with the technical skills above. Lead Experience 2 or more years experience in systems development and skills/platform/environment requested by management. Gathers user requirements in order to prepare functional specifications. Designs and transforms user requirements into an application program for a data processing system. Works on highly complex projects and provides technical direction. Participates in the total design of major software systems. Writes business/technical or design specifications/documentation
