Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to FSG standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge. May serve in the FSG Solutions Framework roles of Development KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: -Good understanding of the fundamental computer science, internet and object-oriented design concepts -Strong technical experience 4+ years working with J2EE Application Servers (WebSphere,etc) and RDBMs (DB2,etc) -Strong analytical and problem solving skills (We want thinkers!). -Ability to multitask is required. -Strong communication skills - must be able to effectively work in a team environment. -High volume E-commerce experience is preferred. -Spring, Web Service, Messaging, struts/tiles, XML, Spring, email experience is preferred. -Tangasol Coherence experience is good to have. -Bachelors degree preferred. "Must Haves" Technical skills essential for this assignment: J2EE Apps Servers-eCommerce, Sessions, Struts, Strong Java and Database experience (SQL Queries), Pluses: Tangosol-a distributed caching model for their website. Non-technical skills essential for this assignment:
