Our client, a leader in their domain, is currently looking for a Java Support / Test Analyst to join their team.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE
- Prior automated testing of Java web applications (with tools such as QTP or Empirix)
- Proficiency with SQL Server
- Strong experience with Websphere/Weblogic
- Very strong English spoken and written ability
- Prior support experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of client issues and support cases escalated from client services group.
- Promotion of core application issues to product development for resolution.
- Research and preparation of business requirements documents for new software functionality and supported platforms.
- Technical assistance to sales, professional services, client services and partners as required.
- Quality assurance testing and functionality confirmation on updates and new releases provided from product development.
