Our client looking for new colleagues to join them as Systems Support Analyst or Senior Support Analyst in business application and or security.# # Reporting to the Project Team Leader the successful candidate will be responsible for:# ## Supporting 6000+ users in all modules of JD Edwards ERP software and other Corporate IT software applications. ## Supporting implementation and development activity of Corporate IT software. ## Participating in the development of systems application documentation ## Participating in the knowledge development of the end user base through formal training and related working groups.
The successful candidate should have 1-2 years JDE application experience in any module with an ambition to cross train They will have excellent customer service skills combined with good presentation and communication skills and will suit someone who is highly self-motivated. Good analytical skills and the ability to explore a multitude of resources to aid resolution are essential. An adaptable approach and the ability to work in a team are pre-requisites. Language skills would be an advantage but not essential.
