Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan.
Preparing The Project Quality Plan to suit with the Requirement of the Project.
Vendor Qualification.
Training for staff and subcontractor workmen.
Preparation of work procedures for different activities.
Foreseeing the problems in advance and taking the initiative to resolve that without affecting the project schedule.
Overall Responsible for meeting the customer satisfaction by implementing QMS
Monitoring the site activities to avoid non-conformances regarding quality.
Analysing the root cause of repetitive NCRs , if any, to avoid re-occurrence of NCR.
Establishment of Quality Management system at all levels at site.
Resolution of quality related problems at site with concurrence of client, if any.
Motivation of site engineers and workmen towards quality for continual improvement in quality at site.
Conducting the Management Review Meetings at site for resolution of problems at site, if any.
Quality Control of Project Materials.
Site Inspection.
Laboratory Testing and Preparation of Quality Control Reports.
Concrete Production by Batching Plant.
Internal Audits at site and at nearby sites.
Client co-ordination.
Exp: 9 to 16 yrs
