This is Vidya from Impact HR Services, Mumbai. We are an Executive Search firm with 10yrs into HR Services Industry. Impact HR Services is led by Mr. Prakash Kewalramani (IIT, Delhi /IIM A). We cater to Fortune-500 MNC & highly reputed Indian conglomerates for various niche level assignments.

Our Client is established in 1995 e-Learning use of Internet based technologies to deliver an end-to-end educational solution that enhances knowledge and performance. True e-learning is a new method of education that does not mimic old methods but maximizes Internet media to enhance and extend the learning experience. It is a training company providing bespoke and generic e-learning and instructor led training (“ILT”) to a customer base of largely blue chip multinational companies.

Our client is in the process of strengthening their Mumbai operations and requires following:

Candidate profile: Media Developer
Skills Required:
1. Good knowledge of Flash action scripting 1.0 / 2.0
2. Basic knowledge of Flash animation
3. Basic skills of DHTML / HTML / Java scripting / CSS
4. 1 year experience with Macromedia Flash
General Responsibilities:

Reading and understanding scripts.
Get all the required graphic files from the respected course folder.
Develop files using action scripting and DHTML
Do a complete self review / file check and make sure that there are no errors
Education Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 – 2 yrs

Location: Vile–Parle (East)
