My client, a large blue chip company are curently recruiting for a Network Operations Support Analyst. You will be responsible for a 7 x 24 x 365 first-line support of ‘operationally accepted’ services delivered to a large number of Customers and users, also being responsible for maintaining good relationships with all IT support teams to ensure a quality end-to-end delivery of service.
## Providing high quality, secure and timely first-line support of all managed infrastructure services. Within this responsibility the Production Controller will be required to ensure that service levels are adhered to, and that service delivery is monitored and recorded for the production of management information and comparison against the agreements. ## Ensuring that managed infrastructure services, local and wide-area telecommunication links (both international and national), operate effectively, securely, and within the agreed service levels on a 24 hour 7 day basis across all sites. ## This role demands reaction to system outages and service loss. Any outage has potential implications on at least a part of the business and the efforts of resolution agents and timely notification requires quality co-ordination.
