Our client is actively looking for suitable candidates to join their Information Technology Team as a Network Support Engineer.
This opportunity in the IT area will challenge and expand your engineering and technical skills. You will have responsibilities for implementing and supporting a variety of customer network access solutions
Responsible for the configuration and support of complex wide-area networks and secure network access solutions. Supports data communications technologies including routers, switches, and related wired and wireless systems. Interacts daily with counterparts in the US to provide seamless follow-the-sun support on a global basis. Coordinates field-trial and system deployment schedules with systems engineers and program managers to meet commitments. Provides a focal point for resolving customer connectivity issues in APAC. Ensures that agreed service levels and security commitments are consistently met. Requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience in Network Administration, Information Security, Systems Design / Administration or a related field.Familiarity with Information Security and customer facing experience with the Telecom industry are desirable.
