1. Novell Certified Network Engineer with certification at the Netware 5.x level or higher. 8 2. Proficient with Novell/GroupWise account creation and administration at the 5.x level of higher. 8 3. Proficient with eDirectory/Active Directory synchronization. 3 4. Proficient in trouble-shooting techniques including: a. server mirroring b. iSCSI clustering c. user login problems d. user permission problems e. windows-based client/server access problems f. network printer problems 4 5. Proficient with Novell Cluster services/iSCSI. 3 6. Proficient in Microsoft, Novell, Citirx and Unix server integration. 3 7. Proficient with NDPS/iPrint network printing. 4 8. Knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of end-user training materials. 3 9. Experience in technical writing and developing/documenting administrator standards and procedures. * 3 10. Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Desired Experience 1.Knowledge and Novell/GroupWise integration experience using the following products: a.Biscom b.Caminosoft c. GWArchive d. NetVision e. ZenWorks 2. Knowledge and experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server and Blackberry support. 3. Demonstrated experience with Health Related organizations. 4. Experience with large government organizations. 5. Project management skills. 6. Experience with HIPPA regulations. 7. Experience with an AD deployment.
