Must have experience in managing, executing and monitoring performance for various marketing channels including: Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Online Affiliate Program, Online Display Advertising, Landing Page Optimization, and A/B testing.  The primary goal of this position is generating sales leads with online marketing vehicles.

 

  • Manage and direct an e-commerce sales force to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Manage all aspects of planning and implementations, SEM campaigns, bid management, keywords expansion, monitoring landing pages and on-going optimizations.
  • Develop and implement the strategic online marketing plan for an organization
  • Stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and trends to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly
  • Design and recommend online sales programs/promotions and set short and long-term online sales strategies
  • Oversee and execute continuous direct marketing campaigns to drive traffic to campaigns including ads, email and other direct marketing actions.
  • Oversee and manage various marketing channels, SEO/SEM/Link building through web analytics and online knowledge to drive traffic from search
  • Oversee other aspects of the website such as the advertising and content components
  • Additional responsibilities include: project management, budget management, and vendor management.

  • 3~5 years of solid on-line marketing and management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree a plus
  • Expert in Google Adwords, Search Engine Optimization, Web site Analytics, Web site Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA)
  • Experience with optimizing Search Engine Marketing campaigns through ad, keyword, and landing page optimization via A/B and Multivariate testing
  • Experience in managing or familiarity with CPA Networks like LinkShare, CJ, Performics, etc
  • Media buying and contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate results and marketing plans to management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
