Key Responsibilities

* Good communication and writing skills

* 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Writers

* Experienced in writing end-user documents like User Manuals,Administration Guides, Online Helps etc.

* Proficient in using the MS Word application

* Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.

* Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.

* Manages localization of software and documentation.

* Experience in Technical writing for non- technical end users and for technical field installation staff.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Must be able to work independently with little supervision, and be able to self-edit.

* Experience with any of the following software programs: FrameMaker, MS Office; RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat, and graphics programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, PhotoPaint will be an added advantage.
