JOB BODY
Manage IT Application Systems development services for all applications including - Utility Billing, ERP (SAP), CRM, DMS, GIS, Workflow’s etc - Evaluate / Architect / Deliver Technological Systems and Solutions to enhance business processes.- Develop high level solution adoption strategy.
- Project Planning, Implementation & Delivery
- Evaluate Business Requirements & Design Solutions to address them.
- Business Case preparation and approval.
- Ensure System Integration and maintain IT Architecture Roadmap.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts - IT Project Management- Ensure project delivery within Cost and Time Budgets
- Ensure Standards based Development, Change and Release Management processes.
- User Acceptance Testing and Training.
- Knowledge transfer/handover to IT Operations team for System Administration and Maintenance.
- Ensure high user satisfaction
B.E (Electronics/Systems/Computer/Telecommunications) Preferred : Post Graduate in Business Management or Technology. Proficeint in IT Technologies viz Oracle/ MS SQL/ .Net / Java / Middleware. Exposure to SAP, Utility Billing and CRM will be highly desirable. 6–12 yrs of work experience in the field of software systems development, implementation and management. Preferred Professional Certifications : ERP Implementation, Database Management, Project Management. Industry Domain : Energy Utility, Telecom, IT Services
