Role and Responsibilities:
„« Responsible for Complete service delivery for Managed Services
„« Will build, mentor and manage the entire team,
„« Perform SLA review with clients
„« Manage Delivery Operations, Communication, Build systems / Processes
for service

„« Engage with technical/practices to continuously improve service
quality etc
Expected Profile:
„« Full cycle experience of managing IT projects
„« Good understanding of remote managed services domain
„« Ability to build, nurture and manage teams
„« Good documentation/project management/process skills (exposure to
ITIL/ITSM etc
would be an advantage)
„« Knowledge of storage solutions domain would be an advantage
„« Ability to work independently/build systems & Processes from scratch
„« Strong communication skills ¡V Verbal and Written
