Operations Manager Code:(Exp 6+ years) [Male]

v      The ideal candidate would be a B-Tech/MCA (MBA will be an added advantage).
v      Excellent knowledge of IT operations
v      Manage a team of 75 plus associates, which will have SMEs & quality control teams.
v      Must be excellent in People Management, Leadership and Strategic approach.
v      Provide accurate forecasting of process improvement.
v      The candidate should be a great motivator who serves as an advocate to HR and business entities.
