  The training program covers following :

Learning Japanese Language to the business level requirement in Japan through a Japanese Language Training Program.

Basic engineering knowledge.

Both basic and advanced courses in system LSI and Embedded Software.

A curriculum based on the knowledge and technologies that are used at actual development sites in Japan.

The ESTP is conducted in Jaipur(India).

ESTP runs for 11- 12 months.

After the training a trainee is supported with work visa to work in Japan and provided air ticket and relocation support.

Stipend of INR 5000/pm during the training.

Upon successful completing the training, assured placement in Japan for three years.(Induction program for initial two months will be in Factory)

Compensation on placement in Japan:

Site Induction placement with Factory for initial two months (maximum on arrival in Japan. Compensation JPY 120000 and could be even to 140000 PM

On placement on projects Salary: JPY 2,10,000/pm

Bonus and overtime is possible: Bonus amount will be determined by the company rules. The normal range of the bonus is 1–3 month salary equivalent per year.

Full Transport support by the Company.

Some of the companies may partly support cost on corporate house.

Requirement:

Be fluent in English. CBSE and convent background is preferred

Have a bachelor's degree (B.E) with 70% aggregate marks in Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, I&C, and Electrical Engineering

Be energetic, hard-working, and enthusiastic about engineering and learning Japanese language.

Willing to work in Japan for a minimum period of three years.

Preferred:

Knowledge of HDL i.e. Verilog / VHDL.

Knowledge of C and Assembly language.

Knowledge in analog electronics.

Knowledge/Aptitude in Digital hardware design.

Knowledge or aptitude to learn in Japanese Language
