REQUIREMENTS " Ensure that go-live readiness is achieved across all delivery areas. " Coordinate, conduct and manage agency operational readiness activities. " Work with the assigned agencies to ensure that they are fully engaged in project activities and successfully manage a readiness scorecard that addresses the delivery areas of people, processes, data, technology, applications and cutover readiness. " Perform PeopleSoft HCM V8.8 Service Pack 1 product demonstrations highlighting both business processes and the core software functionality. " Create, schedule and deliver briefings, including project background, expectations of agency participation, project rollout activities, new processes and demonstrations. " Help prepare for transition workshops to ensure that the new business model is sufficiently and accurately communicated to the staff. " Help prepare for and develop content for monthly end user briefings. " Assist with data gathering, cleansing and validation activities. " Participate in validation of data. " Assist with reconciliation and communication of earning statements as may be necessary.
" Minimum of 2 years experience working on a PeopleSoft Payroll implementation (Non-PS is acceptable) " Minimum of 2 previous ERP implementations experiences
