Duties
-Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources

-Develop project plans and deliverables specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, milestones, identification of risks, contingency planning, and allocation of available resources

-Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of project

-Identify need and required skill set of project resources

-Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel

-Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

-Comply with standards and project methodology for project reporting and documentation
Experience Required
- Not less than two years industry experience in software and web development.
- Technical management experience in a dynamic high-tech environment - key success factor

- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management

- Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high performing work teams

- Successfully developed and implemented new technology

- Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects

- Successfully developed and implemented new work processes or process improvements

- Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems
