Number of Positions:- ONE
1. Knowledge of and at least 2 years experience with establishing or restructuring health related systems.
2. At least 4 years experience analyzing existing data elements and developing new systems by integrating new data. The experience should include extensive knowledge of Oracle Databases in a Unix environment.
3. At least 4 years experience working with large data warehouse projects.
4. At least 4 years experience managing resources to design, build, and implement complex and large data base applications.
1. Minimum of 5 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a particular technical and/or business application.
3. At least 4 years in a role as Data Analyst/Quality Assurance utilizing database applications such as QueryMan and TOAD to analyze current data elements, validate new data for integration into existing system, optimize performance, analyze user needs and develop web-based reporting tools. Must have experience with Oracle SQL, HTML, C++ in a Unix OS environment.
