· Experience in successfully delivering software solutions
· Experience developing business and functional requirements
· Must be able to understand the role of technology in the delivery of solutions
· Six (6) or more years of experience with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design Methodology and tools.
· Six (6) or more years of experience working with Project Management tools like Visio, MS Project and UML
· Six (6) or more years of experience working with systems development lifecycles and project management methodologies
· Six (6) or more years of experience working with interface design, database design, testing, conversion and implementation
· Six (6) or more years of experience working with client server and web architecture
