Reporting to System AnalystConducting system development and implementation projects (e.g. in-house system developments, system implementations with system vendors like ERP system implementation), includes coordination of users, vendors, hardware and software requirementsCommunicating and coordinating with remote site IT colleagues to provide services on system development and supportContributing to research and evaluation of new technologies and standards on system developmentsPreparing and maintaining documentation of IT system development and supportProviding system supports for users on system operations, including on-call, out-of-business hours supportCommunicating and coordinating with users on system operations and requirementsProvide user trainings on system operationsDegree holder in Computer Science or relevant disciplines1-2 years working experience on system development and support for garment industry is preferred, but not essentialHands-on experience in system developments using Microsoft Visual C# .Net, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with OLAP services on both windows-based and web-based systemsKnowledge of concepts and workflows of MRP, MRP II and ERP systems will be an advantageGood interpersonal skills, willing to learn and be responsible Proactive, customer-service and result-oriented
