Position : PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Description : Role, Responsibilities, Attributes

Extensive experience in project management of mega-commercial project.With skill sets required to manage multi-disciplinary project teams as a single point responsibility with turnover of USD 125 million and above per annum.Proactively manage & lead project team, with good track record of delivering on major projects to client requirements; especially to cost, time & quality targets.Expertise in total contracts management, resource management, & business processes with experience in working with major global commercial clients.
Self-driven, result-oriented, with strong commercial negotiation skills and financial acumen.Proven success & passion for building & sustaining strong relationships with team members, partners, consultants, clients & government. authorities.Should be proficient in business and industrial processes, technology, operating and engineering in the industry.Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, 
Desired Profile : Should be a head of Large Construction or EPC project organization
Experience : 20-30 (in years)
Function Area : Project Management
Education : Graduate Engineer / Post-graduate in Civil Engineering. Qualifications in Management, an advantage.
