Project Leader(java)

Coordination with customer, project manager, business analyst and other stakeholders for successful execution of the project

Ø       Work hand-in-hand with project manager for project planning and monitoring. Project planning will include Manpower planning, environment planning etc

Ø       Identify training needs if any.

Ø       Work allocation, monitoring and tracking

Ø       Revisit the project estimation at the beginning of each phase

Ø       Conduct Reviews during each phase of SDLC

Ø       Timely and quality delivery of the project within budget

Ø       Communicate project status to all the stakeholders

Ø       Lead a team of 8 to 10 people depending on the size of the project

Ø       Timely escalations

Ø       Complete knowledge of organization standards, technology standards

Ø       Complete knowledge of SDLC

Ø       Thorough knowledge of aurionPro quality management system and processes

Ø       Customer management

o        Coordinate with customer for timely and relevant information

o        Relationship with project execution team

o        Assist in deployment and UAT

Ø       People management:

o        Guide, mentor, nurture and retain the talent

o        Create and maintain positive environment

o        SWOT analysis of team members

Required Knowledge, skills, abilities and successful factors:

Ø       Should have hands on experience of working on Object Oriented Paradigms, Design Patterns

Ø       Should have sound knowledge of respective technology i.e. Programming language, RDBMS etc.

Ø       Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Ø       Ability to design the project

Ø       Ability to conduct reviews

Ø       Ability to grasp domain required for the project

Ø       Conceptual knowledge of project estimation methodology
