As a Project Manager you will spearhead the management of all the product development activities .This is a challenging position with time-to-market being the key to success. Setting the right goals, time and effort management, task distribution, gap analysis and keeping the group on track are key to your success.  You will be the focal point for your products to the external groups.
The responsibilities
-          Create project estimates, schedules, resource projections and allocation plans interacting with Technical Managers.
-          Identify and streamline the tasks into multiple teams on a regular basis interacting with teams in USA.
-          Identify Software Development process and methodologies and implement them. Perform review on a regular basis to ensure that processes are followed.  
-          Track project status on a weekly basis participating in status meetings and report
-          Identify and evaluate risks, dependencies and assumptions made during the project coarse and work strategies to ensure that timelines are met.
-          Perform Gap Analysis on a regular basis and ensure that team’s performance is to the potential performance level.
-          Track Hardware/Software resources and ensure efficient usage
-          Perform Project retrospection at each release cycle and identify tasks for improvement.
-          Perform quarterly review of the goals and assess with performance indicators

Skills Required:
-          Project Management:
o        Planning, resource allocation, function points, scheduling, tracking, project strategies, reporting, gap analysis, inventory, retrospection
o        Software Engineering Methodologies
o        Project Management Certification is preferred
-          Technology: Experience with developing or managing Network Security related products.
