Responsibilities
§ Oversee all vendor and NYCDOE workstream efforts
§ Attend weekly quality assurance team meetings
§ Attend weekly project management workstream meetings
§ Conduct weekly workstream lead meetings
§ Monitor project progress within all workstreams
§ Identify potential risks and issues within all workstreams
§ Review solutions to potential risks and issues within all workstream
§ Perform first review of all workstream escalation issues
§ Perform first review of all workstream deliverables
§ Report status weekly to the project executive
§ Monitor and report overall project progress against baseline project plan
§ Identify and/or escalate potential project lags, issues, and risks
§ Maintain project schedule weekly.
