As Technical Operations Manager, you will be in charge of 1 Technical Leader and for all follow-up and synchronization with different countries interacting in the projects.

Your department is in charge of providing centralized operations and support to the databases country-wide leading medical professional databases using Oracle technologies in Microsoft Windows environments.

Your tasks are:

The databases Shared Operations teams management

Operations Project Management from Design phase to Implementation Phase

Databases applications and Database management and administration

Procedure and Process definition and enforcement

The interactions of the Shared Operations with the Countries running databases, the R&D Department and Sales & Marketing departments

University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent academicals background

Experience in RDBMS environments (Oracle 8/9i)

Project Management experience

Team management and coaching experience
