Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the process improvement, engineering and leadership experience and skills to create process improvement and test automation strategies, and execute these strategies within QA and engineering project teams.

  Designs, plans, executes and reports on system and performance tests covering one or more possibly related system components. Testing may be performed at either the application program or user interface levels.

 Independently identifies the scope and impact of a problem and conducts additional analysis to identify defect cause and scope.

 Provides metrics and measurement of manual and automated test execution.

Participates in Inspection process for all types of project deliverables including code.

Effectively Influences others to assure appropriate levels of quality on owned deliverables

 Quickly and effectively assess the true customer impact for customer reported problems
