2. Eight (8) years experience Quality Assurance IT support lead
3. Eight (8) years experience developing and documenting formal test plans
4. Five (5) years experience with coordinating and documenting user acceptance tests
5. Five (5) years experience with test Automation/scripting with Mercury products
6. Two (2) years Project Management experience

5. Desirable Requirements:
1. Five (5) years Defect Management experience using Defect Management Software with Mercury Products
2. Five (5) years experience defining and developing Quality Assurance testing Practices and procedures
3. Two (2) years experience with business analysis and defining testing requirements
4. Six (6) years SQL experience
5. Two (2) years experience with change control process for program migration (e.g. Endeavor)
6. One (1) year experience with gap analysis on QA Testing Procedures
