You may have experience in the following: Web Tester, Software Test Engineer, Quality Assurance Assistant, QA Assistant, Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Officer, QA Officer, Quality Assurance Analyst, QA Analyst, ISEB, etc
ROLE: We are looking for a 1 - 5 years experienced hands-on person who takes pride in developing reliable, usable and scalable web applications. Your main responsibility will be to take ownership of the quality assurance process.

You will be part of a small but focused and highly experienced team of senior web architects and developers and will take a leading role in the new QA function. The role offers the opportunity to progress towards either management or technical expertise as the team continues to expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Working with developers and product managers to define quality acceptance criteria for our products and services.
b) Working with developers to provide precise feedback on any issues found.
c) Analysis, design and documentation of test plans for new and existing products or services.
d) Analysis, design and documentation of test plans for new and existing products or services.
e) Contribute to advancing the development team's quality methodology, tools and practices.
f) Contribute to the evaluation and selection of QA tools for the management of test cases, regression testing and load testing.
g) Keep up to date with new developments and proactively suggest improvements regarding technology, automated tools, standards and best practices.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience of working with large commercially driven websites.
b) Experience of products developed with HTML, JavaScript,PHP, AJAX, Flash, NET, ASP and T-SQL.
c) Experience of automated test tools – QTP, LoadRunner etc.
d) Experience of test script development.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Knowledge of leading, training and coaching junior QA staff.
b) Knowledge of any software development experience or qualifications.
c) Knowledge of Continuous integration and release processes.
d) Knowledge of any experience of agile development approaches.
e) Experience working in a multilingual environment.
