Answering to the VP of Operations, the candidate will be responsible for the managing of the ISO Quality System and for improving product quality.
You have 10 or more years of  experience at a Tier 1 or 2 automotive parts supplier, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC along with a college diploma as a technologist / University Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably P. Eng.), and you hold the position of Quality Manager for at least 3 of those years.  You will help solve engineering /Quality system and product issues.  You will also demonstrate good Quality System Experience  - History of previous quality system implementation such as TS9000.

Past experience should demonstrate hands on involvement rather than supervision / consulting as it pertains to implementation.  Excellent interpersonal skills are required.  You would have facilitated problem solving solving techniques, practices and the corrective action process.  In addition, you will be able to assist with direct customer contact, facilitation and presentation of 8D's, generation and submission of PPAP's etc., and audit process.  Your skills as a supplier developer are exceptional.
