JOB BODY
· Establish, maintain and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services.
· Deliver sales to meet forecast.
· Plan and organise a sales strategy plan for each account.
· Analyse the customer needs and interests and develop channel proposition in line with customer preference.
· Develop, plan and deliver bespoke propositions to new prospects.
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
· Ensure strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and application and related services.
· Make supportive sales calls and presentations.
· Evaluate performance results.
· Participate in trade shoes, conventions, sales meetings or other special events.
· Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.
· Good knowledge of electronicsl business.
· Working across businesses and departments to co-ordinate services and sales efforts into customer.
· Understand the core competencies and broad product range.
· Good knowledge of channels to market.
· Good commercial acumen.
