Advanced Knowledge of Symantec Netbackup (SSO,Vaulting etc)
Advanced Knowledge of Master/Media Sever and Client installations
Advanced Knowledge of NBU performance tuning and optimization.
Knowledge of various OEM tape libraries,SANS.
Backup capacity planning and tracking performance metrics.
Knowledge/experience of disk based backup technologies.
Knowledge/experience of encryption technologies-HW/SW
Windows and Unix o/s knowledge preferred
Can quickly develop the confidence of the client and help lead
the consulting as well as client resources to defined project goals.
Must be customer facing and results oriented
Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate internal Symantec resources
to resolve complex software issues.
Ability to provide technical recommendations on backup architectures.
Large data center deployment experience.
