JOB BODY

The ideal candidate will perform software development and maintenance of complex, large scale, call center applications

Apply appropriate design and project management methodologies to design, code, test, implement, and modify systems

Perform complex system analysis and design

Prepare, write, and review system documentation

Train, give technical guidance, and provide leadership to lower classified personnel

Develop technical and product (system) guidance and advice to users of the computer systems

Perform technical proposal analysis, design, and drafting

Develop and monitor project schedule, cost, and resource loading

Qualified candidates will posses a majority of the following:
5+ years of professional programming experience
Siebel Certifications
3+ years Siebel deployments
Siebel 7 experience or certifications
1+ years with mulit-vendor system integration, analysis, design, and implementation between legacy systems and COTS products such as Siebel, Avaya, Genesys, and Aspect
Installation and configuration of Siebel Server, Gateway, and Siebel Web Server
Extensions in a UNIX environment (HP-UX)
Configuration of custom Screens, Views, Applets, Business Objects, Business Components, Fields, Business Services, Workflows, Virtual Business Components (VBC's), SmartScripts, Links, Joins, and MVG's
Strong UNIX skills, including shell scripting and kernel parameter tune-up
Siebel performance tuning
C++, VB, SQL, Win NT, Win 2000, SQL Server 7, and Oracle
