Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) for our client Product Development (PD) Department. The QA is responsible for:
Initiating the Quality Assurance (QA) section within our client PD departmentDeveloping and implementing QA Methodologies and documentsWriting and executing test scriptsCreating, updating, monitoring error logsCreating and executing load and stress testsDeveloping documentation relating to software validation/verification and client releases including, but not limited to, user specifications, training guides etc.Advising and assisting employees about QA activities throughout the companyPossess experience in software quality assuranceHave excellent written and verbal communication skills Have experience in interpreting quality assurance programs and standardsPossess the ability to work independently with minimum supervisionBe able to adapt to the company’s changing needs and job requirementsBe detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-taskHave strong interviewing, communication and surveying skillsBe open to suggestions and constructive criticismHave experience with projects that interact and overlapWork well under pressureBe able to learn and understand the company's goals in order to help accomplish themBe a well organized strategic problem solver with superior analytical skills
