Maintenance Engineer (Hardware/Networking)
Qualifications:   Must have at least B.E/M.Sc in IT/electronic.

Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in pc assembly installation & support, network
PC installation and support, network routers and other equipments'
installation, configuration and support, Windows installation, configuration
and users support. Thorough familiarity with Internet/ Intranet security
issues and their resolution

Maintenance of heavy- duty printers/plotters. HP & Others.

Reasonable working experience of Sun Microsystems Hardware and Solaris
operation system

Skills:

Enhanced trouble-shooting skills in the associated fields

On site hardware support at client location as per the following
details:
Hardware maintenance, Preventive and Corrective, for the Equipment given
below:
26 to 30 PCs
2 SUN solaris servers
2 Dell servers
8 HP Plotters
Approximately 10 laser printers
Including the HP plotter ink catridges and laser printer catridges

Actions:
On-Site Hardware/Networking Support Engineer required full time during TPSS
working hours.  The Engineer shall not only get genuine Hardware problems
fixed through his/her organization but also provide user support and fix
problems arising out of lack of training or knowledge on the users' side.

Backup
Data backup and restore

[ Immediately after the contract award, the restore mechanism must be tested
and shown to the customer]

Preventive Maintenance
Hardware trouble shooting

Being available on site on every working day - 5 days a week - 7:00AM to
5:00PM

Client may include some new desktop PCs or other hardware. The tasks shall
be extended to the same as well (anyway they will be included in warranty)

THE ENGINEER SHALL PROVIDE NECESSARY DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY REPORT TO THE
CLIENT.

Status: Bachelor

Accommodation: Can be provided or can be part of the package

Employment type: renewable Contract of 1 year

Salary bracket: as per the industry standards and experience, qualification of the candidate
