1)  Experience and working knowledge with J2EE specifications including deployment descriptors of various components that are deployed in IBM AIX 5.3 and Webpshere Application Server 6.x enviroment2)  Experience and working knowledge with Quality Assurance/ Quality Control processes including change management/ release management processes3) • Experience and working knowledge of Webshpere Integration Developer4) • Experience and knowledge of Webshpere Application Server 6.x5) • Experience and knowledge of Webshpere Process Server 6.x6) • Experience in producing and updating technical documentation7) • Strong written and verbal communication skills as presented in an interview where the candidate will demonstrate the required knowledge, skill sets and abilities as indicated in the Contractor’s Proposal
