Desirable Experience
1. Candidate experience working with HP (Mercury) Program and Portfolio
Management Center in addition to the Mandatory Requirements. Credit will be given for over two (2) years of experience.
2. Candidate experience creating/implementatin PL/SQL procedures directly supporting HP (Mercury) Project and Portfolio Management Center Implementations.
3. Professional Certifications (Provide Proof of Certification):
a). ITIL Certifications (example: Foundation Level, Practitioner Level, Management Level).
b). COBIT Certification/CISA Certification (these are same certifications).
4. a). Direct experience working with Public Sector Organizations –
b). Direct experience working with OFT and/or OFT customer agencies.
5. Ability to provide knowledge transfer to OFT staff relative to the use of the HP Service Center tool set.
6. The candidate should have good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must meet at a minimum, the requirements of a Specialist I as defined in the OGS/PSG Computer Consulting, Back-drop Contract.
2. The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years direct experience administering and configuring HP’s (Mercury) Project and Portfolio Management toolset. Candidate experience must include: Demand Management; Portfolio Management; Project Management; Resource Management; and Time Management. Experience must also include system configuration and defining/validating solution designs. This experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
3. The candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in designing, documenting and optimizing information technology business processes. This experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
