Candidate must be able to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment. Be able to work within a process oriented culture and adhere to those process while exercising sound judgment to ensure success. Positive can-do attitude required. Must view the IT support role as a customer service driven effort.
Must be highly skilled within the Windows Server environment. Current MCSE not required, but must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge. Experience and knowledge of production web environments and backend system is desired. Be able to take new technology and assess its value to the organization, and provide plans for its implementation.

Skills: Windows Server environments, Back office products to include IIS, SQL and other support systems. Experience with Compaq, HP and IBM hardware.
